Summary
The payment method is deleted in Stripe (gateway), only after 7 days of the payment method being deleted in Chargebee.
Solution
If a customer deletes a payment method in Chargebee on March 15, 2023, the payment method does not immediately get deleted from the gateway. Chargebee has a delayed deletion logic, wherein if a customer deletes a payment method in Chargebee, on March 15, 2023; then the payment method will be deleted from Stripe, 7 days later- on March 22, 2023.
