Why all the Cancellation reason codes are not appearing on the RS dashboard ?

Why all the Cancellation reason codes are not appearing on the RS dashboard ? 

RS Dashboard displays only the cancellation reasons which comes under 'Cancel Reason' in the subscription. The custom cancellation reasons which comes under 'Cancellation Reason Code' in the subscription will not be displayed. In order to get these reasons, please use Report Builder to fetch this.
