Summary

Chargebee allows you to configure alerts that can be sent internally to you and your team to notify important activities. Chargeback Automation Failure is one of the alerts When intervention is required to perform operations on invoices and subscriptions under chargeback. To send the alerts to specific users, navigate from Settings > Chargebee Notifications > Chargeback Automation Failure Alerts > Manage. You can select the Site Owner, Admin, or Other Chargebee users and people in your organization and specify the user's email addresses.

Solution

Navigate from Settings > Chargebee Notifications > Chargeback Automation Failure Alerts > Manage.

You can select the Site Owner, Admin or Other Chargebee users and people in your organization and specify the user's email addresses.

If you select the Other Chargebee users and people in your organization, then you mention multiple email addresses from the existing user's list or you can also add your own email addresses.

Note: Chargebee Automation is available only for Enterprise plans only.
