Trial analysis in Revenue Story is a feature that got released in Jan 2021 that allows you to analyze trial plans and check conversion total trials that are converted into paid subscriptions and etc.
You can access this by going to Revenue Story -> metric explorer -> Acquisition -> type 'trial' in search
Click on the '+' sign in the respective box to add the type of analysis/graph
Click on the 'Add to dashboard' button and you can see the respective analysis in the dashboard
You can see the Trial conversion rate analysis in the dashboard of Revenue Story.
Articles & FAQNote: There are multiple ways to calculate the trial conversion rates. In Chargebee it calculates based on trial activation date. Example: 10 trial starts on 1st Jan then on 2nd Jan the new trial count denotes 10. Click here to know more.
