Error message: Account Period Closed

Cannot Update Through Services API

Error detail: The account period has closed, and the account books cannot be updated through the Quickbooks Online Services API. Please use the Quickbooks Online website to make these changes

Solution

Quickbooks Online throws this error in Chargebee if you have closed the accounting period in Quickbooks Online.

Error 6200/6210 in Chargebee

To resolve this error, manually update the items/fields in Quickbooks Online or open the accounting period for synchronisation.
