] is the complete error message.
Solution
Please note that the items which have these errors have a colon character as part of the SKU field and it is not an accepted character while syncing the products to QBO.
You have to go to Plans/Addons -> Open the plan/addon price point -> Edit Plan/Addon price point -> Edit SKU not to have any “:” or empty spaces.
The only accepted character is the hyphen.
Once this is fixed, the items would automatically sync across.
