How to solve the error “Error: [NetSuite request failed [Permission Violation: You need the 'Lists -> Documents and Files' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator. ]]
Summary
Netsuite error [NetSuite request failed [Permission Violation: You need the 'Lists -> Documents and Files' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator. ]] is caused due to a permission issue from Netsuite.
Solution
In order to correct this,navigate to Netsuite and give full permission to the chargebee role under Lists for Documents and files.
The Netsuite account also needs this permission to access records from our integration.
Apart from above you can verify other permissions from the Netsuite public doc.
Once done, please retry the validation from the button on the same page.
