Summary

  • Go to Netsuite -> List -> Accounting -> Items -> New

  • Choose Item Type as “Discount”

  • Under the Accounting tab choose “Non-Posting”.

  • Provide the internal id to support@chargebee.com to configure it for your Netsuite Integration.
