Summary
Event Logs include changes relating to customers, subscriptions, plans, addons and coupons. You can view the event logs from Chargebee Dashboard > Logs > Events.
It is not possible to download the event logs directly from the Chargebee dashboard, as a CSV file.
However, you can use the List Events API to fetch the events from your account.
Note: You cannot fetch the event logs if it exceeds 90 days.
