What should I do upon receiving the “[Charge] Authorize.net account is not active” email?

Error: “The configuration with the processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider” via Authorize.net

Summary

This email can be triggered when you are using “Authorize.net” as your payment gateway and some of your transactions have failed with the error “The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider.”

Solution
You can identify such transactions by logging into Chargebee > Logs > Transactions > Apply a filter for the above error.
