Ensure GoCardless is connected to your site and customer record exists in GoCardless and in Chargebee
Make sure Display Direct Debit as a payment method for customers is configured:
Make sure the Direct debit payment option is enabled at the customer level:
Get the mandate Id from GoCardless
Import this into Chargebee using bulk operation using Customer > Update Customers Payment Method bulk action
