Yes, it is possible to map custom fields from Chargebee into Revenuestory.
Since Revenuestory does not have any direct integrations with any third-party applications (Xero, Hubspot, etc), if you wish to bring in this data into Revenuestory, it has to be done via custom field mapping.
Process:
1) The data from the external application has to be brought into Chargebee first. This can be done by creating custom fields on the Chargebee site and then populating it with the required data.
2) You may choose the custom field in Revenuestory to do the mapping. By default, there are 12 custom fields in Revenuestory and the mapping can be done only to any one of these fields.
3) Once the mapping information is chosen, the Chargebee engineering team would perform the mapping from the backend.
4) The data would be pulled in automatically from Chargebee once the mapping is over.
NOTE: The custom field mapping and the reports based on custom fields are available only in the Premium version of Revenuestory.
