I got an error 'Sorry, we couldn't find that resource' while creating/updating quick Charge for zero value
Summary
This error occurs when you try to generate invoices for the zero-value item but the hide zero-line item setting is enabled in Billing LogiQ. You need to disable this feature to generate an invoice for the zero-value item.
Solution
Navigate to Settings > Billing LogIQ and uncheck the Hide Zero-Value Line Items setting and click 'Update Billing LogIQ'.
Now try to create a charge that has zero value and you will have an invoice generated successfully. If you still face any issues, reach out to our experts at support@chargebee.com
