How do I display HSN numbers in invoices? I get to enter the value in the plan level but couldn't display it in invoices.
Solution
For INR currency, you can enter the HSN code at the plan level but this is for tax calculation and does not appear in the invoice details.
As a workaround, you can add the HSN Codes in the description box of each and every plan and enable Show the plan description in Invoices which you can see when you edit the plan from your Chargebee site. Then the HSN Codes will be populated as the description under the Plan name in the invoices. The same can be done for Addons too.
Make sure to hit the Apply Changes button on the top right of the page to publish the changes.
