The reason why there is no option to map the 'Exempt' field to, during the Xero integration is because the Xero organisation does not have a tax rate of type 'Exempt Sales'.
Hence, a tax rate of type 'Exempt Sales' needs to be created in the Xero Organisation and it can then be mapped against the 'Exempt' field during the integration.
