How to add notes for a specific quote?
While creating/editing quotes you have a Notes option. When you set a note at Settings > Quotes, it is included on all the quote PDFs created from then on. Additionally, you can add custom notes while creating a quote via the user interface that are specific to the respective quote.
To configure notes for all Quotes (site level), navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Invoices, credit notes & quotes > Quotes tab. (Enable Quotes here if not already done.)
You can add notes in the notes sections. This will reflect on all the quotes that are created.
You can also edit the notes of an existing open quote. Go to edit quote > essentials > Notes . Enter the notes here and save the changes. This notes is specific to this quote.
