What is the difference between the Summary section on the Customer details page and the Subscription details page?
Summary
The Summary Section is available at the top of the Customer details page which provides a glimpse of primary customer and subscription details. Here is the list of options available in the Summary Section.
With the new UI enhancements on PC 2.0, you will have hyperlinks for all the options except promotional credits.
Solution
Hyperlinked Summary Section
We have updated our summary box to provide a more streamlined and elegant user experience. With this upgrade, hyperlinks have been added to the summary box, allowing users to easily access related information. We have also added a summary title to the box, providing a clear and concise overview of the information presented. Previously, the information in the summary box was displayed in a less organized manner. We have worked to clean it up and make it more user-friendly.
Total Amount due
You can also perform Delete, Mark as Void, Close Pending invoices, Write off Invoices, Collect Payment for invoices & Resent E-Invoices for multiple invoices.
