Product Families setting must be enabled in your Chargebee site for users to create product families and associate plans and addons to them. By default, this setting is disabled on your site. To enable product families,

Click Settings > Configure Chargebee > Billing > Product Catalog.
In the Product Catalog page, click to enable Product Family.
Click Create.
Once the product family is created you can associate your plans, addons with the respective one.
