Summary
It is not possible to change the “Quantity” text on the checkout page/portal.
The unit measure for a plan cannot be edited. However, you can specify the unit measure only for unit-based addons not for plans. For plans, you can Edit the External name and Internal name of the plan.
Solution
The Unit of Measure denotes the unit of the addon. For example, when you are offering the reports module as an addon, you can define the price of the addon per user access. So the unit of measure is user, and the price of the addon can be $30/user.
