Why is the total Invoice amount rounded off even after having Multi Decimal pricing settings configured?
Summary
The Multi-decimal Support feature in Invoices helps avoid compromising the price and unit values and ensures more accurate billing by allowing up to 20 decimal places while specifying the price and units for your plans and addons.
This feature is enabled on the backend but the Invoice amount still gets rounded off to zero.
Solution
When the backend setting for “Multi Decimal Pricing” is enabled and the Invoice amount is still getting rounded off to Zero, there is a site-wide setting that needs to be enabled for this to work.
This can be toggled ON/OFF by navigating to 'Configure Chargebee → Billing LogiQ
