Solution
If you aren't able to access your authenticator, all you need to do is send us a mail at support@chargebee.com.

We'll reset the authentication from the backend and send you an acknowledgement.

NOTE: We can override the authentication from the backend only if the request has been raised by the owner of the Chargebee account.

If your authenticator codes aren't working, it could be possible that your Google authenticator is out of sync.

All you have to do is make sure your Google Authenticator app's time is synced correctly. Launch the app, tap the Menu button (three dots), and go to Settings > Time Correction for Codes > Sync now.
