We wish to provide a zero-cost / free plan for our users. How can I accomplish using Chargebee?
Summary
You can allow your customers to subscribe to a free plan. To achieve this, create a 0-dollar plan for your customers.
Steps to create a zero-dollar plan:
Navigate to product catalog » Plans.
Choose to create a new plan.
Create a plan with the price as 0 dollars.

Note: You might have to disable the Hide Zero Value Line Items from the invoices so as to generate invoices for the 0 dollars plans. For this, navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Billing LogIQ and uncheck the Hide Zero Value Line Items option.
