The total value of invoices generated during the period
Explanation of metric
This is the total value of invoices generated from subscriptions during the period. It is the total amount arrived at after considering discounts, add-ons, taxes, and coupons. It includes both recurring and non-recurring invoices.
How it's measured
Total Billing is the sum of all the invoice values.

Up: Good
Interpretation
This metric shows you the actual revenue generated from subscriptions in that period. It is not a forecasted value like MRR. This is the figures that will hit your bank account if your collections are at 100%. This can further be classified into 'deferred' and 'recognized' based on your Revenue Recognition principles
