This report shows you how many times a coupon has been redeemed, the revenue leakage, and the new revenue generated each month. It gives a holistic view of how well each coupon performs by comparing the leakage and new revenue generated.

This 'Unknown' category coupon includes those invoices for which the PROMOTIONAL CREDITS have been applied. As applying Promotional credits will also result in a loss of revenue for the customer, those invoices are also included in this report.
