Lifecycle Offers is currently available as part of the Early Adopter Program (EAP).
The lifecycle engagement solution supports play-level metrics and reporting to help you understand play performance. Below are some of the key metrics that we report on.
Metric | Description |
Customers Engaged | Total number of customers engaged by offers deployed within plays in lifecycle engagement. Note: If the same customer is engaged across two plays, then they will be counted as two separate customer engagements. |
Accepts | The total number of acceptances made by customers engaged by offers deployed within plays in lifecycle engagement. Note: Each customer acceptance is counted once for each play. If the same customer accepts offers across two different plays they will be counted as two separate accepts. |
Offer Acceptance Rate | The proportion of customer engagements that result in offer acceptances. This is defined as Customers Engaged / Accepts |
The metrics are tracked at the offer level and aggregated to show each play and across all the plays within the lifecycle engagement solution. There are two primary places where the metrics are accessible
The play management module is a good place to review the aggregate performance of all the plays. The metrics are reported within the KPI bar at the top. Additionally, the playlist section reports the breakdown of each metric for each play.
You can use the date filter to filter for the aggregated metrics within a certain time period of your choice.
In order to view the detailed metrics for each play, you will need to access the play level reports within each of the plays. You can do so by clicking on the play and choosing to view the reporting module from within the play editor.
You can also directly navigate to the reporting section by selecting the option from the menu options for each play.
Once you are within the play's reporting module, you will be able to see an offer-level breakdown for all offers that have been engaged (viewed, accepted, or rejected) by at least one user belonging to the target customers. Any offer with no engagement data is not displayed in the offer breakdown view.
Upon clicking on any offer you can reveal the list of customers who have engaged (Viewed, Accepted, Rejected) with the offer.
Only a limited number of customers are displayed in the user interface. You may export the customer level report using the export CSV option available on the top right corner of the table to view the complete list of customers who have engaged with the offer.
By default, the metrics are reported at the Customer level, and only the details of the latest user who has interacted with the offer are available in the UI.
However it is possible that multiple users of a customer engage with the same offer within the play. To view the list of all the users who have engaged with the offer, you will need to download the user-level report using the export option available in the export drop-down.
