Solution
A non-recurring addon or one-time addon does not get renewed. So it can be used for a one-off purchase such as extra data with an internet subscription.

In PC 2.0, Charges represent products or services that are non-recurring, either purchased once immediately or scheduled for purchase when certain events happen such as subscription activation, trial start, and so on.
