Summary

In Chargebee, you can restrict your users to add or remove coupons in the checkout. If you have configured coupons your customer gets the “Apply coupon” prompt in the Checkout page.

You can disable the prompt from getting displayed under, Chargebee Dashboard,

Settings

Configure Chargebee

Checkout and Self Serve Portal

Disable Allow customers to add/remove coupons

Click Publish
