How do I change the password for login into the portal?
Solution:
Follow the directions step-by-step as mentioned below:
Login to the portal link
Enter the email address
Click on Forgot password
You will receive an OTP (One-time Password) to your registered email ID.
Enter the OTP to proceed
Once you log in, navigate to Account Information
Click on Change Password and update the password
