How can I resolve the error “Sorry the URL OR some of the parameters are not valid”?
The merchant is trying to enable sub-cancellation reason codes, but they are receiving an error “Sorry the URL OR some of the parameters are not valid.“.

Solution -
Generally, this issue occurs when the settings for canceling subscriptions and adding reason codes are not published under the checkout and self-serve portal configuration.
Go to the checkout and self-serve portal in the UI to see if the cancel sub-setting under the portal is TURNED ON OR OFF.
Also, double-check if the settings are published or not.
