Scope
I am unable to delete a product family.
The delete button in the product family is disabled.
Summary
The delete button for a specific product family will be disabled if there are
subscriptions attached to the plans/addons that are not deleted.
existing price points under any plan/addon that are not deleted.
plans/addons/charges linked to this product family that are not deleted.
Articles & FAQNote: Even if the plan/addon is archived the respective prodcut family cannot be deleted.
Once all the entities related to the Product family are deleted, the 'Delete Product Family' get enabled.
Warning : This is an irreversible action. Please ensure all the details are checked twice before proceeding.
