How to sync additional fields from new HubSpot → Chargebee? 

Summary

The new Hubspot integration let's you to configure up to 5 additional fields for each of these object pairs:

  • HubSpot company → Chargebee customer

  • HubSpot deal → Chargebee subscription

Solution

In addition to certain standard fields that are pushed from HubSpot to Chargebee when creating a customer or subscription, the integration also lets you push additional fields from HubSpot. For example, you may want to specify payment terms when creating a Chargebee customer (Net-D). The field types listed below can be mapped additionally for a given company or deal:

  • Single line text

  • Dropdown select

  • Single checkbox

  • Date picker

  • Number (formatted or unformatted)

Likewise, on the Chargebee side:

  • Single line text

  • Number

  • Dropdown

  • Checkbox

  • URL

  • Email

  • Date picker

The HubSpot integration settings page in Chargebee lets you select these field types for sync:

Note

I. We have sunset the Hubspot legacy integration on March 3, 2023 which will not be available on the Marketplace. 

II. We have migrated from
 Hubspot legacy to Hubspot Quote to Cash (Q2C) integration, with the release of self-serve flows for customer and subscription sync from Chargebee to Hubspot which also have all features that was on the legacy integration. 

III.  This migration will not impact the existing users and they will continue to use the integration normally as before. Reach out to us from here to know more.
