The From address can be changed by customizing the master template and this will be used for all
The From address can be changed by customizing the master template under Settings » Customer-facing essentials » Email Notifications » Customize Master Template. This address you set here will be used for all email notifications.
Furthermore, you can also change the From address at the email notification level. However, this change will be applicable only to that specific email notification.
