Why can't I access the API keys on my Chargebee site?
I am getting the “You don't have access to this page. Contact your admin for details” while trying to access the API keys on my site. Why?
Solution
This message is shown when you are not the admin of your Chargebee site and you do not have access to the API keys. The permissions or access levels are determined by the user role provided to you by either the admin or owner of the site while adding you as the user.
Kindly contact your Chargebee site's admin or owner to understand the role that you have been added to and get the API keys.
