Summary
In Chargebee, If there is a payment method on file for the customer, you can make use of the 'Collect Now' option available at the invoice level to collect payment from your customers.
Note: 1. The Collect Now option will not appear if there is no payment method on file. 2. You can also configure Dunning to let Chargebee automatically retry for payments.
