Summary
The Chargebee Xero/QBO reconciliation plugin helps to automatically reconcile your payments in Chargebee with the payments received in your bank account.
However, there are a few prerequisites for this to work hassle-free.
Solution
The plugin is only designed to work for the Google Chrome browser. If you are using any browser other than Google Chrome, this would not work.
Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin installed. The latest version of the plugin is 0.0.17. To check the version installed, navigate to Settings->Extensions->Chargebee Payment Reconciliation Plugin
In case you do not have the latest version, contact support.
The clearing account on Xero/QBO that has all the payments synced shall be of the type Bank. Choosing a type other than Bank, while creating a clearing account would not allow the reconciliation to work.
Make sure you're performing reconciliation on the banking page of Quickbooks/Xero. The plugin will be initialized on the banking page
