You can add multiple sender addresses to the Master Template of the email notifications and choose the desired sender addresses for each email notification.
To do this, head to the Customize Master Template option under Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications. Here, click on the From address and click on the 'Add New' button to add a new sender address details.
The master template also provides an option to add CC/BCC email address if you're looking to get a copy of the email notifications sent to the customer. This option is also available at each notification level, so you can choose to receive specific emails.
