Scope
I want to add a subscription cancellation button within renewal reminder emails.
Summary
We currently, do not have a direct link to give the link to cancel their subscriptions but some of the other ways of achieving this are
Attaching the portal link in the email, have the customer open their subscription details using their credentials, and then cancel their subscription.
Customers navigating to the “Log into your account now” option on the renewal reminder emails and then they can cancel their subscriptions.
