If your business is domiciled in the US, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia, yes. Although it must be noted that the chances of fraud are higher on international payments; Authorize.Net has an advanced fraud detection suite where fraud detection settings, like address verification and card code verification, can be configured. It is worth noting that some international banks do not support address verification. It is important to configure settings in Authorize.Net so that legitimate international payments aren't declined at the gateway. You can do this at the Fraud Detection Suite by choosing to Allow payments marked G, U and (in some cases) S (see screenshot below).
