While integrating your Salesforce sandbox instance to your Chargebee test site, you may experience the error "Custom Setting Name too long:" while adding the Chargebee domain ID.

Solution

For Sandbox sites, assuming the URL is https://acme-test.chargebee.com, enter only the subdomain value as acme-test

Note: 1) For Production sites, enter the complete URL. For example, https://acme.chargebee.com
2) It is necessary to set up a remote site to allow-list your Chargebee site in Salesforce

Search for Remote Site Settings in the Quick Find box and click New Remote Site.
