How to remove the "Ship to my billing address" option in Checkout?

Problem Statement

"Ship to my billing address" is not relevant for our business. How do I remove it?

Solution

You can control which fields appear during checkout. Disable the "Ship to my billing address" option in the Shipping settings.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Go to Settings > Checkout & Self-serve Portal > Fields > Shipping
  2. Disable In checkout, show the option "Ship to my billing address"
  3. Click Publish

Note

At least the billing country field is required for tax calculation. Ensure you capture the billing address and country.
