Chargebee Receivables Sub-processors

Chargebee and its group companies use sub-processors to assist them in connection with the Services (as described in the Terms of service).
Sub-processor Subject Matter Purpose / Nature of processing Data centers
Amazon Web Services, Inc. Cloud Service Provider Cloud infrastructure provider for the hosted SaaS application. Data stored, processed, and transmitted through Chargebee Receivables product resides in Amazon Web Services data centers. US
Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited* Cloud Service Provider Backup cloud infrastructure provider for Chargebee Receivables, where the SaaS application is hosted. Singapore
MongoDB, Inc. Cloud Service Provider Database as a service for Chargebee Receivables, where email logs and activity logs are stored. US
Twilio, Inc. (SendGrid, Inc.) SMTP Provider SMTP for sending emails to merchants and end customers. Mail servers are provided by SendGrid to deliver emails from the Chargebee Receivables product. US
Mailgun Technologies Inc. SMTP Provider SMTP for receiving emails and forward to Chargebee Receivables applications. Mailgun maintains email trails in application. US
Hotglue, Inc. IPaaS solution provider HotGlue is used for transforming and transferring data from Chargebee Billing app to Chargebee Receivables systems and other SaaS providers of Merchant. US
