How to let my customer reactivate their subscriptions on their own?
My customer cannot find the “Reactivate Subscription” option in their portal
Description
Customers who want to reactivate their canceled subscription may experience this scenario.
Subscriptions that needs reactivation may throw an error if the following two conditions do not comply:
The plan that needs reactivation by the customer may be removed or doesn't exist anymore.
The plan display option may be disabled. To enable this Go to, Product Catalog > Plans > Choose the plan > Edit plan > Enable “Display in customer portal”. After this, the customer will be able to view the plan in the portal using which they can reactivate the subscription to that plan.
