My Dashboard values are not getting updated in Chargebee

Problem Statement

This article explains why Dashboard values may differ from expectations and how long it takes for data to update.

Solution

Dashboard data typically takes 2–3 hours to process and update. Discrepancies or mismatches can occur due to:

  1. Scheduled synchronizations – Data updates run on a schedule.
  2. High data volume – Processing time varies by domain and data volume.
  3. Time zone mismatch – For example, when Chargebee is set to America/Panama and Revenue Story to Asia/Calcutta.
  4. No report-impacting events – No changes occurred during the update window.

Note:

The Chargebee Dashboard metrics are sourced from Revenue Story, which takes time to deliver real-time metrics. You may see temporary mismatches during the update period.

If discrepancies persist after the update window or updates are delayed, contact Chargebee Support.
