How to add my company's VAT number to my organization address in Invoices?
Can I configure my organization address in a single line text?
Summary
Chargebee lets you customize the Organization Address Format on invoices sent to my customers. You can choose to display the address along with the VAT number and other details in a single line, expanded form, or custom format as you desire.
Expanded: The address is displayed as a block with each part on a new line
Single Line: The address is laid out in a single sentence
Custom: Lets you edit the text directly or use Mail Merge fields that show up on clicking Show Address Fields

Note: If the organization address format is updated, it will only apply to the upcoming or newly created invoices, credit notes, and quotes.
To make the changes, Go to Chargebee Dashboard,
Configure Chargebee
Customize Invoices, Credit Notes, and Quotes
General Settings
Click Change Format under 'Organisation Address Format'
Click Apply
Click Apply Changes
You can use the Preview Invoice option to choose how it appears on the PDFs.
