This article explains why you see "Claim Your Account" when invited to a Chargebee site and how to complete account setup so you can accept the invite.
"Claim Your Account" appears when you previously started sign-up but did not finish (including email verification). Complete that account setup first: open the Complete Account Setup email, set your password and domain (do not choose the same domain as the site you are invited to), then you can access the account.
Note:
When you sign up you get a trial at no charge. You can use the same login for multiple Chargebee accounts. There is no extra charge for multiple accounts; each is billed per its plan.
If you cannot find the setup email: Go to app.chargebee.com, click Forgot Password, enter the email you used to sign up, and click Send Reset Link. Use the same server (US/EU/AU) you used when you signed up.
Select the correct server (US/EU/AU) that you used at sign-up so the email is sent successfully.
